The necrography
 The
band was founded in 1997, when Lord Messir created a project named Domination
which performed death metal. After a year of existence, Lord Messir turned
the band's name to Dark
Domination since
he felt the signs from Infernal throne and obscured soul was getting
perceived of fury toward pestilence called humanity. Being a bands’ leader
he changed the music style to true black metal and ultimately gone into
dank cellars of black fucking death underground. Since the beginning
of all musical activities a lot of musicians were invited to join the
band, but they were
banished due
to ideological insufficiency, forasmuch as they couldn’t divide
Lord Messir's ideas by 100
percent. After several rotten years Lodbrok joined the band and until
2005 a.b. he was a permanent member of Dark
Domination.
2001 year was significant since the first full-length and professional album
called "Blasphemy" was unleashed as limited edition by the band personally,
along with Latvian kriegskomeraden Beverina supported by German
label Ketzer.
500 units of tapes spread through underground labels and distributors
over the whole Mother-Europe.
The album was full of
medieval spirit of Satanic obsession, pestilence, the beauty and stench of dead
gothic ruins; demons, flying asunder the church’s parapet, while the music material
is raw yet.
Since two years later the pest have crawled the last Templars asylum - Lusitanian
lands and finally was re-released by Hallucination ‘Zine with new cover artwork
with re-doubled quantity in 1000 units. Later new two members (Midgard – hellartillery
and Eligor – bass razors) took a vow to be a part of the horde and to follow
Lord Messirs path, which they accepted and divined with certitude. Now after
many years the band was brought up to strength a full line-up. And finally all
the members are satisfied with Dark
Domination (Lord Messir's) ideas and music
incarnation.
Year later the horde started to reach a new level of composing and producing
and as a result, second full-length album “Let Satan Speak Through Our Lips”
was finished in the middle of 2004 a.b. with new sounds approach and conception.
The material became much personal and dedicated to Infernal perception of Satanic
Egregor throughout Ritual initiations.
Also mew member Frostmourn (drums) has joined, now band have two drummers, but
he played a while. After several months his soul went to Satan – second drummer
was found dead in Latvian wood. But this fact could not disturb the band to records
“Let Satan….” CD.
2005 a.b. The second album was released as a collection variant by French I.N.R.I.
records. The design was used infernal and allegorical paintings of French artist
Antonin Delas which officially were presented in England’s Art Gallery as an
album itself. The album was limited to 200 discs only and was expired very soon.
Dark Domination started to play live and as a first step took a part at Czech
Apocalyptica fest. A couple of months later the band fired the stage at Lithuanian
metal festival Tvaikas II and continued to compose new material.
2006 a.b. New, the third album "Rebellion 666" was finished finally
released in May by Latvian label Evil Distribution in 1000 copies.
In August of 2007 a.b. the debut album was unleashed by Witchcraft
productions.
In comparison with first collection edition, the pest got a new killer
design, fulfilled of Infernal vision. The edition limited at 1000 units
for all fucking world.
